Partners Met in Snowy Uppsala for Second Transnational Project Meeting

On 31st March, partners held the second transnational meeting of the project in Uppsala, Sweden, hosted by WLY Communication. In beautifully snow-covered and frozen-solid surroundings of Uppsala University, partners shared updates and discussed the progress of the project and the best approach to the next stages.

In particular the draft of the Educational Toolkit (R2), the second main output of the project, was reviewed collectively, and in a co-creative manner possible improvements were identified in the content. In the end, there was consensus that it would be best to spend more time to further improve the toolkit for a better final result, especially with the intention that the toolkit could be made easier to use and relevant for longer into the future. In case there would be no future funding to work on updating the toolkit or creating additional content for it, this would improve the sustainability of the project result.

Also the upcoming pilots were covered, with partners sharing their respective planning and the steps taken in the recruitment phase. It was also discussed how to update and edit the toolkit based on experiences from the pilots once they have run their course.

Finally, the next and final transnational partners meeting in Brussels was agreed to be held on 27th September. The meeting will be hosted by WFTO-Europe and mainly focus on catching up on and evaluating the pilots as well as the toolkit, which is expected to be public by then. The meeting will then focus on the wrap-up of the project as well as a final touch-base regarding the multiplier events.
